It's so fun to have an art festival so close to home! I love my community! This weekend is the Arts Alive Festival in Mission Viejo.
Arts Alive Festival & Street Painting 2018
Village Green at Oso Viejo Park & Potocki Center for the Arts
Norman P. Murray Center
23932 Veterans Way
Mission Viejo, CA 92692
This year's festival will feature a cornucopia of fun arts and crafts, musical performances as well as amazing street paintings brought to life by incredible artists traveling to Mission Viejo from near and far. The two-day event includes an array of tasty fare and beverages along with creative activities for all ages.
They always have great entertainment and fabulous places to sit back and enjoy the day! But, you will also want to walk around and see all the great booths, watch the chalk artist work and maybe sign-up for a workshop...
This year they've also added some special new activities along the Oso Creek Trail, including a Plein Air painting competition and delightful fairy gardens. Have your heard of the Caring Fairies? Well, apparently they've recently been spotted flying around the Oso Creek Trail...
Come spend the weekend outside and explore the fairy trail, partake in a workshop, listen to live music, have a glass of wine and some good food truck food, watch the chalk artists at work, shop from local arts and crafts booths and make some memories!
Last year at the festival I had several new one-of-a-kind designs, like this cactus necklace...I can't wait to show you some of my newest designs!!!
Hope to see you there! For more information please check out the Arts Alive Festival on Facebook here.
