Wholesale Policies

Minimum Orders
There is a $250 minimum for first time orders. Minimum reorder is $150.

Prices
Suggested retail price is x 2.5 wholesale.

Payment
Credit cards will be processed at time of shipment or within about 7 days of order.

Shipping
Shipping rate calculated upon order. Jewelry will be sent via Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box from Laguna Beach, CA. Most orders ship within 1-3 weeks; expect longer processing times around the holidays. 

Returns
Returns may be made on damaged jewelry within 14 days of arrival of the order. Return requests must be submitted in writing.

Repairs
Repairs are free of charge within one year of purchase for manufacturer’s defects. Repairs due to customer wear or damage will be charged a $25 repair fee, plus shipping.

Cancellation
Any cancelled order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee to be paid with 15 days of cancellation. Shipment dates that have been pushed back by the buyer 60 days or more from the estimated ship date will be treated as cancelled orders.

Wholesale pricing, terms and conditions are confidential and should not be shared with other parties.
