I look forward to this art festival all year. It is a beloved family tradition during the holidays. We love the whole experience: throwing pots on the wheel, watching the amazing glass blowers, enjoying the petting zoo, visiting Santa, creating beautiful art projects, eating good food, listening to live music, strolling the grounds with a nice glass of wine...and mostly, I love shopping for unique gifts from the 175 talented artists.
For the next 5 weekends the grounds of the Sawdust Festival are transformed into a winter wonderland (creating perfect holiday photo ops:). The Winter Fantasy starts this Sat, Nov 22 and will be open for 5 weekends, including the Friday after Thanksgiving, from 10am-6pm.
